HOW to MEASURE
NECK: Measure around the fullest part of the neck, typically around the Adam's apple.
CHEST: Measure around the widest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
WAIST: Measure around the natural part of the waist, often the narrowest part of the waist.
SLEEVE LENGTH: Start at center back of your neck and measure to the top of your shoulder. Then, measure from the top of your shoulder to wrist and add these together
